Connecting With People
The Goal Today
This is where everything comes together — turning conversations into calls and submissions. If you master this step, you'll never run out of deals.
Why Voice Notes Work Best
Voice notes hit harder than anything else.
They're fast to send (20–30 seconds).
They feel personal and real, not copy-paste spam.
Example:
"Hey [Name], thanks for connecting! Quick question — do you or anyone you know need access to $100K–$200K in funding right now? I can send details if so."
Booking Calls (Keep It Simple)
  • Don't overcomplicate it.
  • Ask: "Do you want to connect with me this week for 20 minutes, or with my team?"
  • Give them the choice — if they're higher-level or want to talk to you directly, you can sell. If not, let the team handle it.
Biggest Tips for Connecting
You don't always need an agenda. Just connect with people.
You don't even need to mention business credit right away.
Lead with value → ask about them, listen, and serve.
Once they open up, they'll naturally ask what you do. That's when you solve.
Remember: people need money. You're the connector who can provide it.
Example:
I built most of my initial clientele through mentorship and mastermind groups. If I'm talking to a business owner or investor, I already know they either need business funding of some kind. Why not serve them with a solution?
The Power of Consistency
When I started, I set a goal to connect with 10 people a day on short calls.
15–20 minutes per call.
That's 3 hours a day.
At the end of the month, that's 300 conversations.
Do you think your business would blow up if you connected with 300 people a month? Absolutely. My business went from zero to 7 figures in 8 months with no paid ads, just social media! And again, I did NOT have a big audience at the time!
Simple Transition Line
When someone is interested:

"Hey, I actually have a team that can help. Do you want me to connect you with them?"
This makes booking calls easy, natural, and non-salesy.
